Ammonia is a polar molecule. So, it exhibit all vander vaal's forces i.e dipole-dipole , induce interaction and london dispersion forces.

Ammonia also having Hydrogen bonding because hydrogen is bonded to very electronrgative atom nitrogen.

Hence, both interactions are present
