fundamental frequency f = v / 2L
i.e.   f α v
( f' / f ) = ( v' / v )
given f = 1367 Hz
         v' = speedof sound in air = 331 m / s
        v = speed of soundin helium = 972 m / s
So, frequency in air f' = fv' / v
                                  = 465.51 Hz
