The color of a beam of light does not depends on number of photons or the amplitude of the Wave.

The color depends on the wavelength of the photon absorbed, and the wavelength, frequency and the energy of A photon of light are correlated by the relation as,

E = hv = hc/(wavelength)

So III, IV, V all three are correct so option (d) should be the answer.
