Carbon(C),Nitrogen(N) and Oxygen(O)-these three atoms are the members of second period in the periodic table.In the second period of the periodic table there are only S(2s) and p(2p) orbitals as second period do not have 2d orbitals.Therefore in the valance shell of these atoms only four orbitals are possible(one for 2s and three foe 2p).Thus these atoms(C,N andO) can show a maximum covalancy of 4 and they can not expand there octet due to unavailability of d orbitals in the valance shell.So all these atoms can not act as central for a 5+ coordinate system.Thus option will be all of the above.
