  • When we are saying about social medias , the first point that come to our mind is that ,by using social medias we can reach to people anywhere around the globe and maintain a communication between them.
  • Before the introduction of social medias the place where we get news were the ordinary tea shops or clubs etc.But after the introduction of social medias news are at our fingertips .Everything that happens around the world are reached to us instantly.
  • In old generation communication is very difficult.Means consider if we want to communicate with our friend ,then we have to post a letter .We should wait for a large number of days to get reply for that letter.But now everything changes we can communicate instantly through social medias.
  • Social media is turned as an advertising platform ,which increases the opportunity for business.
  • It helps us to relax , when we are tired.
  • We all may communicate by watching face to face.
  • The number of audience will increase.
  • Social media may help to overcome calamities.
  • Social media can be used to help others.
  • Some of the cons of Social Networking are as follows :
  • ​​​​​​​The most important problem associated with social media is issues regarding privacy.Now , we all have a tendency to share whatever we get.Thus it effect the privacy.
  • By using social medias more and more people will become more lazy.
  • Also we may get addicted to it .
  • All the data's that we post on social medias such as audio, video, images ,texts etc cannot be deleted or removed completely from it.
  • Also the amount of storage required for servers increases , because a large amount of data is daily produced on social medias.
  • Use of social medias led to health problems .
  • It may waste our time and also reduce our productive hours.
  • Using social media may led to personality disorder issues.
  • Some of the users may try to insult other users through social medias and they may even try to commit suicide.
