Note: More than one question is asked, please post as separate questions. 1. JK flip flop The input to flip flop would never affect if it is low. for inputs to be active clock is to be high. The clock signal is control signal and it states a bi stable latch. The output has two stable states based on inputs. The digital circuit would provide output based on inputs and clock. If input is high, the output is affected and the LED1 would glow The inverted output state of first flip flop becomes an input to second flip flop. The first input and this output is been performed with AND operation. The resultant output, that is, if input to second flip flop is high then the LED2 will glow. Based on the clock edge, similarly the output of second flip flop is provided to next flip flop. The LED3 will glow based on high inputs and glow conditions.
