In what way does a first-level supervisor play an important leadership role in the organization? Give two examples.

A first level supervisor is always responsible for motivation of the employees and plan and divide the work among the employees so that they could get what they are skilled at and interested in and this has to be identified by the first level supervisor so that they get a blend of leadership and responsibility responsible for motivation etc. For example

1) If a worker is physically weak and possess skill of computer, then first level supervisor if required should motivate him to take up works like data entry

2) If there are only few workers available, first level supervisor should plan accordingly so that the work is completed in time.
