Need some help since I do now have any work history. Can you explain how can Administrator/leader stay positive and avoid the "negative people in healthcare workplace? Can you also explain what types of forecasting techniques can a Administrator/leader can utilize in healthcare workplace?

The healthcare admin/ leaders need proper vision for their organization and especially with their resources. Human resource strategy should be in place which helps to engage the workforce and make a sound working environment. The admins should track and monitor the employees satisfaction and their productvity. Proper motivation has to be given to employees and should encourage to work as a team rather than silos.
