1st option : Development of breast.

1st option is not include in development of secondary sexual characteristics by testosterone.

Generally estrogen is responsible for the development of breast .

Testosterone :

Testosterone is a male sex hormone are required for the development, maturation and functioning of male accessory sex organs such as epididymis, vas defense, seminal vesicles, prostate glands, urethra etc. These hormone regulate the secondary sexual characteristics as controle muscular growth, growth of faical and axillary hair, aggressiveness, low pitch voice etc.

2nd option :Development of heavy muscles.

Development of muscles is responsible by the secretion of testosterone.

3rd option : Growth of facial hair.

Testosterone is responsible for the growth of facial hair.

4th option : lowering of voice.

In males testosterone is responsible for the development of low pitch voice.
