#2. The solution can appear yellow when methyl red is added only when pH is above 6 .

And the same solution can appear yellow when phenol red is added only when pH is less than 6.6

So by considering both conditions and as the solution appears yellow in both indicators added separately , we can say that pH range of solution is between 6 to 6.6 pH.
