Describe the reasons why an IT group might create role-related access limitations related to reading data, editing content, or executing certain programs on a server.
Role-based permissions are the most common requirement of nearly any business system. They usually fall into two categories; garage doors, and process control.
Garage doors segregate the total data pool into just the rows a particular role is allowed to access. This keeps one group out of another groups area.which is like the above IT group.Which means they are like one group out of others in the company.
Imagine, e.g., a database for a hospital and a table for patients:
PatientFName, PatientLName, PatientDOB, PatientSSN (Likely PK).
Would you allow everyone to see this info?
No right like this only those people are responsible to do these things like reading data, editing content and executing a particular program on server like that.so no one is able to do that things.
Basically, people should be given access only to the things they need to do their job.
