This statement is false .

Systolic blood pressure change during excercise . Systolic blood pressure is pressure that is exerted when ventricle pump the blood. As we do exercise , more oxygen is supplied heart pumps faster that lead to pump more blood . Heart beat increases, more pressure is exerted by the ventricle. That lead to increase the systolic blood pressure . It usually rises from normal systolic pressure 120mmHg to 220mmHg due to exercise . But diastolic pressure usually remain stable or doesnot change .

So given statement is false .
