Answer #1

There is a lot of difference betweeen an infant and a toddler although for the world they are babies are too small to understand. I have a toddler currently. I remember how awake I used to be when he was new born. There is a difference between three things primarily

1) Infants need to be taken care of, they are very susciptible to any infections compared to toddlers. Hence vaccination from time to time are must. Since they can not express, feeding them on time is also one activity which needs to be done without fail. For toddler you can explain things about feeding, healthy and unhealthy food and toddler can eat with his/her own hands. same applies to toilet activities.

2) The world of infant is around her caregiver or her mother, they can get immediately disturbed or may start crying if mom or the primary care giver is not around, they may feel insecure. Being around infant is a must other wise they also may grow into a disturbed child.

3) Whereas when infant becomes toddler he/she is bein introduced to lot of other people, they understand and know people and neighbours around. They even start going to school where they are being taught basic rhymes, or letters, or any fine motor skill activities. Their bain development or cignitive activity is fast compared to infant
