Before providing stakeholders' information or advice about OHS in the company, someone must understand what the processes are and all the information required in the organisation. OHS is simply about the security of an employee, so he / she needs a specific research on that organization before providing a training or information to an individual.

The explanation is that it allows customers and workers to recognize what their legitimate responsibilities in the organisation are. Because each organization has a task and role to play. For example , if a person working in the Department of Education is not informed about the organization, he or she can not conduct an OHS training in the Department of Finance.
