Using law of conservation of momentum,

(m x 0.064) = 0.6 v

V = 0.1067 m ..... (1)

Using law of conservation of energy,

(m x 0.064^2/2) + (0.6 v^2/2) = 9

18 = 0.6 x (0.1067 m)^2 + (m x 0.064^2)

On solving for m, we get

Mass, m = 51 kg
