The company wants to develop an information system that would handle its Reservation and Billing functions. Following is the description of these two business functions:

Customer telephones in to reserve for a trip or to cancel an existing one. A clerk in the customer service answers the call and asks for customer information such as name, address, and telephone number....For a reservation, the clerk will create a new booking record and reserve a place in the trip according to customer request. If the requested trip is sold out, the clerk tries to push alternative trips until the customer accepts one or nothing at all. To complete a booking, the clerk takes a deposit to be charged to customer credit card. For a cancellation, the clerk will unbook the trip and refund the deposit. However, if the cancellation is made within 3 days before the departure, the customer will be charged a late fee. When the cruise ends, the customer receives the bill for all charges during the trip. Aloha cruisers have just launched a marketing campaign offering customers a choice either to pay in full or by installments.
