Magnetic force between wires is given by:
F = u0*i1*i2*L/(2*pi*r)
u0 = 4*pi*10^-7
i1= current in wire 1 = 1.25 A
i2= current in wire 2 = 3.85 A
L = length of wire = 4.67 m
r = separation distance between wires = 8.65 cm = 0.0865 m
So Using these values:
F = 4*pi*10^-7*1.25*3.85*4.67/(2*pi*0.0865)
F = 5.20*10^-5 N = magnitude of magnetic force
