Answer 10=The four main types of organizational structures are=

Functional = This is the organizational structure in which the different departments of the organizations are arranged as er its purposes. This I very good for small organizations as the different departments will depend on the knowledge and skills of the employees working in the department.

Line= his is the organization in which there is a well-defined hierarchy in the organization and everyone has to follow the line and command structure. The authority flow fro top to bottom

Divisional =This si commonly sed by the larger organizations. A certain product category can be assigned to different divisions. The main disadvantage of this is that the communication can becomes difficult and duplication of resources.

Matrix= This is the structure in which the different department operates with each other. A single individual can report to many heads. This is commonly used by project-based firms.

Answer 11- Mindful leadership is defined as non-judgemental leadership and It is based on the moment to moment awareness.         The main focus remains of the development of developing leadership presence and leadership excellence.

The maximizing partnership indicates that the leader has to be involved with the followers so that they can think that the leader is also one of them and this will create a strong bond between the leader and the follower

The leadership challenge indicates the various types of events that are encountered by the leader while dealing with different situations or followers. An effective leader is one who can deal with these challenging situations with success and presence of mind.

The main advantage of this is hat it can provide the ground for the employee to have exposure to various situations to be faced in the future.

Answer 13- Stakeholders are those individuals and agencies which have direct or indirect interests in the activities performed by an organization or individuals. They can either affect or be affected by the organization or the individual.

Different stakeholders can be classified as below=

Customers- These are the firs or individuals who buy the products or services of the firm

Employees= These are the individuals who work in the fir and they are directly affected by the activities of the business,

Suppliers and vendors= they provide the different services to the business and the business can be affected or can affect these

Community= As the business operates in the community or society, thus the society is also affected and has the capability of affecting the business.

Governemnt= The policies of the government can affect the business both positively and negatively\\
