Ans 1 :- Managers of small businesses has the most important role as they become the representatives of it , a spokesperson,etc. They also have to play the role of an adequate leader and has to pass information regarding anything happeinghin the organization to it's people which is lower in comparison to managers of a larger company or organization. Though the entrepreneur part is also important for it.

Ans 2 :- When we talk about change, the change that comes first in our mind would be the change in technology, which has grown at a great scale during this period of time. In other words, we can say the usage of computers, internet, wireless technology, dugudig networking has grown with tremendous speed and in numbers. So to do a profitable business, the organization and management must keep up with the growth.
