Answer #1

Communication is one of the ost importatnt aspects of managing workforce, and cultural differences play a major role in what people want to say, what they say and how it is received by the listener.

In this respect, point 2 is not correct, because telling employees that there is right and wrong way of communication and they better learn the right way will alienate the employees and will be destructive in the long run.

Point 3 is not correct because telling that he is conditioned in a particular way and he cannot change will show his incapability to adjust and embrace change.

Point 4 is not correct since, controversial expressions will lead to conflict which will lead to misunderstanding. Only constructive conflicts are good, however this situation may lead to mistrust and destructive conflict among team members.

Point 1 is correct since by conducting seminars on communication and involving all employees in such seminars, everyone will understand the way of communicating of others.
