Methyl group -CH3 is attached at the 3rd carbon of the maine chain so it's naming will be like 3-methyl

Then the akele group is at the 1st carbon. So its naming will be like: -1-pentene

So the complete name will be

3-methyl-1-pentene

Amei - The main chain should be the longest having o maximum no. of carbon. » The double bond should be included in the main
