In a capability process process capability index is used to determine the effectiveness and accuracy of the process. If the index is 2.00 it has a six sigma capability. A capability index that is higher makes the capability of the process more which means there are less chances for a defect . So the answer is B a higher capability index means the process has a lower defect probability.
