Covid-19 has affected the whole world and made us change the way we should think about a work place . There will be lot of things that will change keeping in mind the virus spread. The companies will find new working culture in the companies.The companies will regularly check the temperatures of its employees, associates, partners and support staff when they arrive at work. The e-commerce firms will  do more frequency and intensity of cleansing at all sites, including regular sanitisation of door handles, handrails, touch screens, scanners.They have found new practices so that employee can adhere to social distancing, whether at worksites or while even while making deliveries to people. This includes eliminating discussion  during shifts, staggered shift start times and break times and spread out tables in the break rooms on site.

Even in material handling , the companies are identifying new ways to avoid human contact.The main purpose was to reduce the possible human intervention. For this some companies and governments started using robots which will handle the materials. The other material handling equipments was made to sanitize for every possible time to remove it from virus content.

Even the world health organization has deveoped new gudelines for the safe working of the employee adhering to social distancing. They will be asked to wear masks , gloves, and other safety equipments. The comapanies will find new layout for the working keeping in mind the social distancing. During the containment effort it is more likely that inventories of essential will be depleted. Therefore companies must identify new inventory techniques for this purpose of essentials management.

Companies in logistics sector has developed new apps for delivering of goods to identify the places of red zone and green zone.
