We are so prone to conformity due to fear of alienation.We don't want to face social rejection. To get respect and social acceptance we like to adjust our beliefs according to society rules.

We are all so prone to obedience to secure our jobs. Authority people punishes disobedient people. We don't want to take that punishment. That's why we like to be obedient.
