Answer #1

1)

C1 forms 3 sigma bonds and 1 pi bonds

So, C1 is sp2 hybridised since pi bond is not considered while hybridisation

the geometry is trigonal planar

Answer: trigonal planar

2)

C2 forms 4 sigma bonds

So, C2 is sp3 hybridised

the geometry is tetrahedral

so, bond angle will be 109.5 degree

Answer: 109.5 degree

3)

C3 forms 4 sigma bonds

So, C3 is sp3 hybridised

the geometry is tetrahedral

Answer: tetrahedral
