In the given table ,corresponding to EMP_NUM , the columns EMP_NAME, JOB_CODE, EMP_PHONE have same value so,  

EMP_NAME=function(EMP_NUM)

JOB_CODE=function(EMP_NUM)

EMP_PHONE=function(EMP_NUM)

Answer 8:

TheEMP_NUM, EMP_NAME , JOB_CODE and EMP_PHONE data are saved redundantly. And all of these data are attributes(characteristic) of EMPLOYEE. So pair of columns identified in question 7 and the ocurrence of redundancies have relation of attributes of an entity because they are the attribute of Employee.
