gives para nitro acetanilide.
The first step is the reaction of HNO3 + H2SO4 to form Nitronium ion. Then attack of electrophile i.e Pi bond to Nitronium ion to form sigma complex. Then Deprotonation forms para nitro acetanilide as the product.
