This in not the first time you have read a comment like this. You decide it is time to take action by establishing a dress code for all staff. You are aware there may be some push back from the staff, but if you provide each employee with at least one Walk-In Closet shirt (short or long sleeve) the dress code transition may be easier.

Subject: Implementing Employee dress code by the start of Q3

I am writing to inform you about the implementation of a uniform dress code for our employees. The constant feedback from customers and their difficulty in separating our store staff members from other customers initiated the implementation of a uniform dress code after giving much thought over this repeated complaint from various customers for a while now

I think it would be rational to implement a uniform dress code to serve the customers in a friendlier and appropriate manner. This would enable the customers to approach our sales associates and seek their help without any difficulties. I think that implementing a uniform dress code would improve the customer service of our walk-in closet clothing store and benefit us in converting more of the potential customers into loyal customers. I also think that a uniform dress code with the name of our store would be an advertisement to promote our store and enhance our visibility to more customers

I am concerned with these repeated customer complaints on customer service and have come out with this proposal of implementing a uniform dress code for all our staff members as a means of increasing our customer satisfaction. I am suggesting a Walk-in Closet shirt long or short sleeve for our employees to be implemented by Q3 beginning. I hope you understand that implementing a uniform dress code is the feasible solution to address the repeated customer complaints and expect your kind coordination and support in implementing the uniform dress code across our stores
