Happiness can be defined as a state of being happy, in which person spend happy life as he or she is satisfy with the things which is around him or her. His or her basic needs are fulfilled and they are enjoying life.
Positive emotions can be defined as feelings which are full of positivity and there is no space for negative feelings or thought. We can build positive emotions with the aid of happiness as they are interrelated.
Positive affects can be defined as the positive impact which can have on our life. These impact can have by our acts, or people around us or some other way.
All these three terms happiness, positive emotions and positive
affects plays an important role for living a better and good
life.
A life is good when someone is happy, no matter the person is rich
or poor. The richest person in world is one who life happy life,
the worth of life can be achieved when we become happy while living
it. Such happiness can be gain by living with family, friends or
person to whom we like.
Such happiness can also be achieved when we do the work which we like, the work could be our passion. Emotions play an essential role in human life. However, positive emotions makes our life full of joy and happiness.
Positive emotions avoid anxiety, stress and depression from us as these are dangerous psychological problems which can make our life sad and negative. So in order to live a good life we should be happy, it depends on us how we find happiness in small things and how we create a environment us so that other people also feel enthusiastic and happy.
