Frame shift leads to both deletion and insertion type of mutation. In short its also called INDELS (IN-insertion; DEL-deletion). A frameshift mutation is a genetic mutation specifically caused by indels of various number of nucleotides in the sequence of DNA that is not divisible by 3. Because of the triplet nature of gene expression by codons, either insertion or deletion can change the reading frame. This results in a completely different translation from the original.

All other options are wrong

third option-C.point mutation. Because, in point mutation, the one nucleotide is swapped out for the another nucleotide.

fourth option-D. None. Because there is correct answer.
