In a Trauma Assistant position, do you believe that you have good person-job fit? person-organization fit? person-supervisor (manager) fit? Explain. How does your "fit" impact your job satisfaction with a nonprofit healthcare organization? Your productivity? Provide examples.

Yes I believe that I have good person –Job Fit, Person-Organization Fit and Person –Supervisor Fit, as for this job, I have taken several higher study and I gained my skills and interest, so, this job is already I am aware of and I also took internship for this job to make myself more fitted with the job. I am also fitted to organization, as this organization I have chosen based on considering my interest and I trust that I could take long time growth with the organization. Supervisors are helpful and help us to learn and take challenging tasks over time; hence, I am also fitted with supervisor.

This Fit has long impact on the job satisfaction with a nonprofit healthcare organization and productivity, if I am not well fitted, then, I could not put my attention towards the work, I could push in a way for which I may not be applicable, this job may not be enjoying for me, as there could be situation that supervisor don’t provide their support to us, organizational management put no or less interest towards our growing and critical issues, the job may not be fit due to its practical environment is so tough and it may require relentless hard working. Hence, with lack of fit I may lose job satisfaction within work environment. For example: top management don’t keep any heed towards our performance, we need to pay just hard efforts over long time with no care like foods, incentives and allowances. Here, as a job holder like Trauma Assistant, I will not be fitted with organization or organizational management.
