Agile is the one of the incrementing model.
Tasks are divided.
-Planning.
-analysis.
-Requirement.
-Testing.
-Building.
Every work of there are divided by the individuals to do that work.
In the agile process software will be checking to know the quality of the software.
Advantages of Agile:-
The following members will get the benefits:-
-customers.
-vendors.
-Development teams.
-project manager.
-product manager.
-Executives
These all will get the benefits of using agile.
-Customer satisfaction.
--Interaction is more for the testers, customers and developers.
-Conversation between all is face to face.
-The requirements change in the later also applied and it is accepted.
-The delivery of the software is super fast.. With in weeks.
Disadvantages:-
-from the time of developing software the starting stage of the project is very difficult.
-designing and documentary is difficult.
-The customer can stop the project when it get crashed or customer satisfaction missing. So that wastage of time.
-Decisions are taken by the senior programmers in the development stage.
-No project is given for the un experienced or new programmers.
Scrum:-
It is a subset of agile. Scrum is using most in now a days and it is a light weight process.
The scrum came from the agile process and it mainly contains of three parts.
They are:-
-Roles.
-Artifacts.
-Time Boxes.
The scrum is mainly used for:-
-Development of the product.
-Mananagment of software.
By Using the scrum we can increase and develop the products.
Advantages of scrum:-
-Quality of delivarable products will be increased.
-time saving.
-products delivery takes less time.
-Getting control in the project.
-Changes are applied.
Disadvantages of scrum:-
-For small projects the scrum is not effective.
-cost is more.
-Training is needed.
-meetings will be in daily.
-Implementation of quality is hard.
-If team coordination or commitment fails then we will feel difficult to produce the product to customer in time.
-if anyone leaves then we will feel hard to complete it.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of each? When would you use one over the other? 2. RNA is labile and easily degradable. Thus, working with RNA requires additional precautions and RNA is routinely kept on ice to prevent degradation when preparing RNA extractions. Yet, the human body temperature is 37°C and RNA is stable in our bodies....

is is the last homework. 1. Compare and contrast designing via gain versus designing via compensation (what's the same? what's different? advantages? disadvantages? etc.). Also, discuss the effects of adding a zero or a pole. Solution: 2. What kind of compensation improves steady state error? List all and indicate whether they are active or passive. Solution: 3. Cascade compensation to improve transient response is based upon what pole-zero placement of the compensator? Also, state the reasons...
