In Peer to peer trust model , each peer is equally prevelidged with the CA information. While as in hiearchical trust model it creates a tree like structure , where the root provides the CA information to the intermediate nodes and these intermediate nodes trusts the root. Hierarchical trust model is really good and extends certificate processing capabilities.

Hybrid on the other hand is the mixture of any two or more trust like bridge - peer to peer model , hierarchical - bridge trust model and so on.
