In the above reaction HSO4- has donated H+ to H2O .

so HSO4- is Acid

and SO4 2- is conjugate base of HSO4-

Since H2O is accepts H+ from acid HSO4- . so H2O is brostead base

and H3O+ is the conjugate acid of H2O

so

SO42-(aq) is the conjugate base of HSO4 (aq). HSO4 (aq) is a base in this reaction. H30+(aq) is the conjugate acid of H20(1)
