Windows 7 boot screen is different to 8.1 and 10 versions ..windows 8.1 and 10 are similar to each other and are metro styled.

Windows 7 had best of all start menu with programs but windows 8.1 did not. However microsoft brought back start screen fromwindows 7 to windows 10 with metro flavour.

Windows 7 has been most loved os for medium sized to large companies but windows 8 could not penetrate as windows 7. Microsoft improved windows 10 and fixed all the issues that windows 8 had and now is the advisable OS . Reasons are listed below :
