Below are the given details.

We're formulating a company in theory that has live access to patient data and can work with them on their health and well being. Think anything from physical therapy, to health check ups, keeping track of doctor appointments. Like a personal aid to an individual.

1. Behavior tracking

  The idea is that there are patient to physician connections, documents to record things such as doctor visits and pain meds, doctors/physicians having access to patient documents, and so on.
