Mean, m = 15.41 miles

SD, s = 17.3 miles,

Sample size, n = 235

SD of distribution of sample means 

= s / sqrt (n)   (n is sample size)

= 17.3 /sqrt(235)

= 1.1285


Sample mean = population mean = m = 15.41


So,


P( 15.67 ≤  m ≤ 18.84) 

= P( (15.67 - 15.41) / 1.1285 ≤ z ≤ (18.84 - 15.41)/1.1285)

= P (0.2304 ≤ z ≤ 0.3.0394)

=> P( z < 3.0394) - P(z < 0.2304)

= 0.9988 - 0.5911

= 0.4077 (ANSWER)
