Addition polymerization requires forming the bonds of a polymer by using electrons from a double bond. So, addition polymerization occurs between molecules containing double bonds.
II.
Polymers formed from two or more different kinds of monomers are called copolymers.
Additionally: if the different monomeric units alternate, them they are called alternating copolymers. If all the monomeric units of one type are present together, followed by another "block" of another type of monomeric unit, then it's called block copolymer. If there's no pattern of occuring of the monomers, then they're called random copolymers.
III .
The polymers formed by radical polymerization are mostly branched polymers.
Branching occurs in free radical polymerization as a result of chain transfer process. This happens when an intermediate radical formed during the propagation process moves to another location by H transfer. This helps in the formation of more stable secondary and tertiary radicals.
Also, in radical polymerization, polymers of various lengths are obtained. Since the length of the polymer is dependent upon when the chain termination reaction will occur, and the process of the termination reaction depends upon the probability of colliding with a terminating radical, this leads to different lengths of the polymers .

The chair conformation of cyclohexane is the most stable with least energy and least steric repulsion. So , molecules of cyclohexane generally exist in chair conformation.

Optical activity is a measure of how much the compound can rotate the plane polarised light. Optical activity can be measured using a polarimeter.

STUDENT HANDOUT Synthesis of poly(2-methoxy-542-ethylhexyloxy-1.4-phenyle Purpose of the Experiment ylhexyloxy-1.4-phenylenevinylene (MEH-PPV) The purpose of this experiment is 10 bis bromomethyl)-1-methoxy-4-2- experiment is to synthesize a polymer using a Gilch polymerization of 2,5 methyl)-1-methoxy-4-(2-ethylhexyloxybenzene, to investigate the polymer's photophysica properties, and to understand the mechanism of the polymerization reaction Introduction Polyphenylene vinylenes) or PPVs are highly luminescent polymers that are used for a variety of...
10. Write a one-page summary of the attached paper? INTRODUCTION Many problems can develop in activated sludge operation that adversely affect effluent quality with origins in the engineering, hydraulic and microbiological components of the process. The real "heart" of the activated sludge system is the development and maintenance of a mixed microbial culture (activated sludge) that treats wastewater and which can be managed. One definition of a wastewater treatment plant operator is a "bug farmer", one who controls the aeration...
