Community outreach program : Special efforts to reach the rural and urban communities with the education and services which they need but don't reach them in normal day to day routine due to variety of reasons

Goals for community outreach program for stress management :

1. Provinding right information and education about stress and Mental health
2. Make them understand Mental health and stress same as other diseases which is curable
3. To overcome social stigma against mental health problems and stress with right information and education

4.To provide a communicating link between community and mental health care providers

5. Teach the people easy and common ways to keep away from stress in normal day routine such as talking, sharing to each other, morning and evening walks, yoga etc.

Expected Outcomes of community outreach program for stress management :

1. People start understanding the mental health
2. Increased Productivity of people in their work as a result of stress management
3. People will start coming to the psychiatrist for comsultation
4. Decrease in rate of suicides due to stress management
5. People will come forward to help the individual suffering from stress
6. Crimes will also reduce
