You need to pass cond ='none' to return Polynomial

Just make the small change . result = sympy.integrate(m,x,conds='none')



import sympy

from sympy import log

x = sympy.Symbol('x')

n = sympy.Symbol('n')

m = x**n + sympy.log(x)

result = sympy.integrate(m,x,conds='none')

print(result)
