It can serve as a medium of not only communication but interaction , way of providing information, advertising , managing public relations and can be used even for customer service. Companies can use internet apps like skype, zoom etc to communicate with their staffs , hold online meetings and conferences.They can use internet to communicate with their customers, clients ,government ,investors and other companies.Internet can increase interaction of the company to the business environment. In supply chain management, Internet can be used to streamline the purchasing function and inventory management by making EDI information programs quickly.Internet can perhaps also dramatically reduce the costs in order processing and it can help maintain and rate vendors relationship and their works. In customer relationship management , internet can be used to get or give information from/to customers and do e-commerce sales which would not only save their time but also costs.it can help customers get answers of their questions , write their reviews etc . this would help improve the flow of communication between companies and the customers which would improve customer relationship.
