First of all, I need to get in contact with the young director or any other person who is one of the important person in deviside making of the company but is young and open to changes, as that person will understand it is important to change the communication technology with changing time.

- I will try to get some facts and figures of successful business which have used social media as communication and how it has helped them prosper, also a comparison of future plan of my own company if the said change is adapted to if not adapted can be used to explain the management.

-In order to strengthen my claim i will use public polls or staff opinion to help the management understand, the effectiveness and easy of using new technologies for communication.
