The electron needs energy to get ejected as they have require a minimum energy as work function
The wavelength of red light is more than green
so frequency of green light will be more than red light
hence energy of green light will be more than red light
hence electron will get ejected

Part B)

If frequency of light is decreases the energy of ejected electron will decrease
