For higher concentration of polyprotic ion... This statement should be True.... Because the first Ka value will be higher than Ka2.... So the second H+ will be... Low dissociate so we can say tgat ph will not effected if second H+ produced in low amount.....

Let if first ph is, =-4.7 from first dissociation.. And after second dissociation ph=-4.7-0.007=-4.707 it is same as before.. So we can say ph is not effected. In polyprotic ion in higher concentration.

But in case of low concentration this statement will be false... That time small will effect the ph of solutions
