I learned about some Microsoft office applications, which we use most in our personal and professional
Life.

Word :
I came to know that there are number of versions in the Microsoft office packages ,like
Microsoft office 2003 ,2007,2010,2013,2016 versions
Microsoft office 2016 is the latest version – Microsoft Corporation
And also have variants in the package like – standard , Enterprise , Professional Plus etc..
Microsoft Word :this application is used to write huge text , Paragraphs etc,.
We can represent your data using smart Art option in the word, available with different theme fonts , colors , highlighting option ( bold, underline, strike ectc.. )
Word will also have different background designs ,water mark option , and also we can insert pictures , images from you pc or online , shapes etc…
Excel : we can’t represents lots of numeric data in word ,but we can make it in excel
Excel seams like a big table with number of rows and columns .
We can make lots of mathematical , arithmetic operations easily by using excel application .
Not only numeric data , we can represent word data in excel ,like to represent an employee info in excel the fields are like follows
