In each time step, a new node is connected to the network by just one edge. The destination of the edge is randomly selected from the existing nodes (i.e., not preferentially).

Show analytically that the degree distribution of this network, P(k), will eventually become a straight line if plotted in a semi-log scale (i.e., k for x-axis while log P(k) for y-axis).
