Ans 46- Chief Technology Officer CTO, CTO has a close relationship with the CEO and other members in the organization.

CTO focusses on new ideas, technological areas, forming technologies which help to grow the business. Company's roadmap can also be developed by the CTO. Overall CTO is responsible for the external business growth so he/she can advise CIO, executive group and project managers on emerging technologies. CTO generally directly reporting to the CEO

ANS 47- Purchase a license is the least preferable way to acquire software. Small companies generally avoid not to purchase the license for software because it is a big headache for a company to purchase a correct software license which can fulfil the exact requirement of the company. According to Federal law, it will become noncompliant by the software developer and your business. Complain can be a big problem form both sides.
