To sign up for a domain-

Anyone can buy a domain name. To do so, you visit a domain name registrar, such as GoDaddy or Namecheap, key in the domain you want to buy, and pay a fee. You can't buy just any domain, of course—only one that isn't already registered by another person or business and that bears a valid domain suffix.

To register domain there are 4 options:

• Register through Domain.com (popular domain registrar)
• Get a FREE domain (for 1 year) from Bluehost.com (together with web hosting)
• Register through GoDaddy.com
• Register through Namecheap.com

https://www.barackobama.com/ is properly hosted secured website that contains pictures, videos of Barack Obama.

http://www.barackobama.biz/ is not secured and advertising website that redirects page to a different sale website.

.biz domain is intended for registration of domains to be used by businesses.
