I dont know what I am doing wrong for the V2kin part. I know from class that the gravity has to be 981 instead of 9.81 because the chart is in cm but that is as far as I have gotten. I have tried distance times the square root of gravity divided by 2H^2. And the square root of 2 time gravity times H^2 but both were wrong. Please help!!

Please help! I have attempted this question 9 times and I do not know what I am doing wrong. Thank You! A projectile is fired at v0 = 368.0 m/s at an angle of θ = 63.0o with respect to the horizontal. Assume that air friction will shorten the range by 31.1%. How far will the projectile travel in the horizontal direction, R?

A simple pendulum suspended in a rocket ship has a period T0. Assume that the rocket ship is near the earth in a uniform gravitational field. True or False If the ship moves upward with a constant velocity, the period increases. True or False If the mass of the pendulum doubles, the period increases. True or False If the ship accelerates downward at 9.81 m/s2, the pendulum will no longer oscillate. True or False If the length of the pendulum is doubled, the new...
