Opinion refers to the several types of writing by justice.There
are four types of Supreme Court opinion.
They are:
Majority opinion
Conccuring opinion
Conccuring in judgement
Dissenting opinion
Majority opinion
A majority opinion occurs when the opinion is agreed by more than
half of members of a court. In terms of US Supreme Court their
responsibility for writing the opinion in the case is assigned one
of the justice. (Either he is is selected by the Chief Justice or
if he is not in the majority then the senior justice who voted with
the majority.
Dessending opinion
A dissending opinion is an opinion which occurs when there is a tie
vote, the decision of the lower court stands. A dessending opinion
in Supreme Court is written one or more Judges expressing
disagreement with opinion of majority.

any justice and can be signed by other justice
Conccuring opinion
This type of opinion the opinion is written by one or more Judges
of the court wich agreess with the decision or reasoning made by
majority of the court but state different reason for the
decision.
Concurring in the judgement
The justice will write the concurring in the judgement of opinion
when they disagree the decision of the majority but there own
reasoning leads to the same result
This is a judgment which agrees with another judgment (i.e. the
supposed majority/lead judgment of a particular court).
